 With over 40 years of Real Estate experience (Since 1982), I'm the Broker of Record/Owner at Canal City Realty Ltd. Brokerage (Est.1989). I'm also President of Tarada Homes Ltd., a registered TARION builder. With an array of experience in residential, commercial and industrial real estate, I look forward to serving you! 

Adam Carpino, Project Manager

Adam has been a full time Realtor for 12 years and also holds his Broker license. He received an Honours Degree in Political Science with First-Class Standing and a minor in Sociology from Brock University. Clients describe him as a 'people person', who enjoys assisting both Buyers and Sellers with all of their real estate needs - from Residential to Commercial and Industrial! Living in the Niagara Region allows him to have an array of experience in purchases and sales of various types of properties, including managing his own renovation projects. Adam always has contacts looking for their next move, and he takes pride in matching Buyers and Sellers, while being results driven. Adam also owns ALC Management, a property management company, and also manages projects for Tarada Homes Ltd., a registered TARION Builder. Taryn Carpino, Administrative Assistant

Taryn has been a licensed Realtor since 2006, serving Niagara as well as Toronto & the GTA. She is an active real estate investor and home renovator, particularly in the downtown Toronto area. She holds a BA Degree from Brock University, and the Niagara Region has been a big part of her life. She enjoys helping clients in every step of the buying and selling process, whether it be a residential home or condominium.
